By plane
Morocco boasts no less than 14 international airports:
Agadir, Al Hoceima, Casablanca, Dakhla, Essaouira, Fès,

Tétouan.
Royal Air Maroc, as well as the large international carriers and charter services, assure that there are frequent, rapid, and direct services leaving the great cities of Europe, America, and the Middle East..
For example, Casablance is only one hour by air from Madrid, three hours from Paris, or six and a half from New York.

Passeport
/Visa A valid passport is required for all European Union citizens, with the exception of French nationals participating in an organized tour (in which case a national identity card will suffice). An automatic entry of up to three months is possible without any visa requirement..
Douane
The formalities of arriving in Morocco are minimal. Visitors are entitled to bring with them a maximum of two bottles of wine or one bottle of hard liquor, and two cartons of cigarettes.
Visitors are allowed to bring with them reasonable amounts of amateur video and photographic equipment. Caution should be exercised when importing any materials which might be regarded as subversive, including anything which would be seen as slandering the king or promoting immoral behavior, especially pornography. As in any country, anything resembling a weapon will be confiscated and destroyed.
Entering Morocco with a vehicle
Rented or borrowed vehicles must be accompanied by authorization of the owner, signed and including all necessary information of national identity .

the imporation into France of any article imitating prominent French brand-names is strictly prohibited and will result in the confiscation of the goods involved.
Currency

1 dirham = (approximately) 0,10 Euro; 1 Euro = 10,10 dirham.
Notes are in denominations of 200 DH, 100 DH, 50 DH, and 20 DH, while coins
are found in denominations of 10 DH, 5 DH, 1 DH, and 50, 20, 10 and 5 cents, although these last are becoming quite rare. Moroccan currency may be neither imported nor exported.

Most banks charge a commission of around one euro per traveller's cheque. Most hotels will offer rates close to those at the banks, without commission.
Credit Cards
Major international credit cards are widely accepted in Morocco. Holders of Visa cards will be able to withdraw cash on their cards in most major Moroccan cities.
Insurance
It
is recommended that travellers carry comprehensive insurance
covering health, theft, and emergencies.
Vaccination
It is recommended that travellers receive vaccines covering Hepatitis A if they are planning to visit either the desert or the Atlas mountains.
